Report someone

In the app, tap Report on the talk screen, after a talk, on a match's profile or in a chat. At a meetup, tell the host. Without the app, use the report form. We look at reports within 24 hours.

Something went wrong during an evening

If a talk drops, the app tries to reconnect. If the other person drops out, you get a short break and go first in line for the next round. When the groups are uneven, someone sits out a round, and nobody sits out twice before everyone has had a turn. Write to support if an evening didn't work for you.

Who you want to meet

You can withdraw your consent for this in the app's settings. We then delete the answer. Without it we can't put you in an evening, so you can't book new ones.

Delete your account or export your data

You'll find both in your profile in the app. Deleting takes effect at once. We delete your photos within 24 hours and your other details within 30 days.
