Terms of use
- Who can use Ridele. You must be 18 or older and sign in with your own Apple or Google account. One account per person.
- Evenings. You book a seat at a voice evening. At the start time Ridele pairs you with other guests for a set number of short voice talks. Who you talk to depends on the evening's groups and on who is present. We can't promise a set number of talks or any match.
- Votes and the reveal. After each talk you answer privately whether you'd like to talk again. Your first name, age, city and approved photos are shown only to people who also said yes. Nothing is shared about a yes that isn't returned.
- Meetups. Ridele hosts events in public places. A ticket is for one person and is checked at the door. The host can refuse entry or ask someone to leave.
- Prices and payment. Everyone pays the same price. Evenings are paid in the app through Apple or Google. Meetup tickets are paid through an outside payment provider to be confirmed. Cancellation and refund rules to be confirmed.
- Your behaviour. Follow the guidelines. You're responsible for what you say and send.
- Photos. Upload only photos of yourself that you have the right to use. We review photos before a match can see them, and we can reject one. If we do, we tell you why.
- Safety and moderation. We can warn, suspend or ban accounts that break the guidelines, and remove someone from an evening. We always tell you why and how to appeal. A person reviews any automatic decision within 24 hours.
- No guarantees. Ridele is in beta. The service may change, or be unavailable at times.
- Ending. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
- Law. Dutch law applies. Consumer protection in your own country still applies to you.
